Turning cow poop into fuel
Oberon Fuels decided not just to invent a new fuel, but one that would also require new infrastructure and, in certain vehicles, a new engine. No problem. They turned to Scoville to help increase awareness of DME, a wonder-molecule that is carbon-negative when made from cow poop; it's an alternative to diesel; it can be blended with propane; and it can safely carry hydrogen. We've been touting this great news in the US and internationally, and now Oberon is expanding its plant, working with major OEMs in the US, Canada and Germany, and helping California's dairy farmers reduce waste and generate new income streams.
